We work together to empower our partners and customers through our AI-powered customer acquisition and engagement platform to help them get more customers—and keep them. We're proud to share that Vendasta has officially been named one of Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures for 2025!

Your Impact

Sitting squarely between Pre-Sales and Execution, the Technical Project Manager is the operational engine that turns signed contracts into deployed, value-generating AI solutions.

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll work with Pre-Sales and Execution  to:

  • Translate pre-sales technical scopes into formal, executable Statements of Work, project plans, resource allocations, and delivery timelines.
  • Enforce strict scope boundaries, manage client change requests, distinguishing between standard delivery, out-of-scope requests, and paid change orders.
  • Serve as the central intake hub post-contract, categorize and route incoming work to the correct execution path.
  • Manage client communication cadences, milestone tracking and weekly status reporting across multi-stakeholder implementations.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years managing technical implementations, software delivery, or technical project management in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong command of technical project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
  • Exceptional risk management, client communication, and scope-negotiation skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or technical certifications are considered an asset.
  • Experience managing delivery across partner or franchise networks is considered an asset.
