Location: Dover, DE (Onsite)

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Schedule: Day Shift 

Salary: $111,155.20 – $172,286.40 Annually

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager to lead financial decision support, cost accounting, and strategic financial planning for a leading healthcare organization in Dover, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have extensive healthcare finance experience, strong expertise in STRATA Jazz, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. This is an onsite leadership role responsible for service line profitability, financial modeling, productivity reporting, and executive decision support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the STRATA Decision Support and Cost Accounting systems for service line profitability and financial reporting.

  • Develop financial feasibility studies, ROI, NPV, IRR, payback analyses, and capital investment evaluations.

  • Publish monthly service line and physician practice Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, scorecards, and executive financial dashboards.

  • Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, productivity reporting, and financial performance improvement initiatives.

  • Mentor finance team members and oversee STRATA implementations, forecasting modules, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of healthcare finance, cost accounting, budgeting, or decision support experience.

  • Hands-on experience with STRATA Jazz/STRATA Decision Support and healthcare forecasting.

  • Strong knowledge of ROI, NPV, IRR, reimbursement, productivity reporting, and financial modeling.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Health Administration.

  • Healthcare finance or accounting certifications.

  • Experience with hospital reimbursement, physician compensation, bundled payments, and healthcare contracting.
