Job description

We are a large growing mechanical contractor in California that works on many of California's biggest and best mechanical projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire California's best and brightest Mechanical Project Manager's in the near future.

Responsibilities: Build and strengthen relationships with both GC's and Owners. Review and ensure accuracy for estimating for upcoming projects Meet with vendors, contractors, owners, and other sub-contractors. Work closely with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators, and Purchasers to ensure delivery on projects.

Manage medium and large HVAC/Plumbing Projects, which includes: schedule, budget, code requirements, and change-orders. Requirements: Local Stable Work History. 5+ years in HVAC, Plumbing, and Construction Project Management.

Strong knowledge in: State HVAC and Plumbing Building Codes, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam
