Job description

Catalyze LLC seeks a Senior Manager of Project Finance in Houston, TX. Duties: 

  • Project Financial Modeling: Representing current and future financing strategies. 
  • Financial Structuring: Developing tailored financing solutions for specific commercial real estate partners. 
  • Financial Partner Origination: Sourcing and managing tax equity relationships including originating new tax equity vehicles with our customers and partners.
  • Project Finance Execution: Manage the entire process in initial projects from financial modeling to closing financing. Collaborating across our organization and with our commercial real estate partners. Translating new financial models into replicable model structures with our software engineering team. 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related (or its equivalent) field plus 5 years of experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainability Management, or related (or its equivalent) field plus 3 years of experience is required.
  • Additionally, position requires 5 years (or 3 with a Master's) of experience with the following: modeling, negotiating, and closing complex financial agreements; advanced modeling approaches and technologies; working on multiple high-value projects; translating new financial models into replicable model structures; project finance execution.
Telecommuting is permitted.
