About our role:
FUTU/Moomoo is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Project Manager to drive key initiatives across our broker-dealer operations. This role operates on the business side and partners closely with overseas product and technology teams to deliver high-impact, strategic projects.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in Chinese and English and brings a strong foundation in financial services. Prior experience within brokerage firms is highly preferred. Exposure to crypto-related projects and emerging AI initiatives is a strong plus, as this role will also contribute to upcoming internal AI-driven projects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and scope.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and overseas product/technology teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and deliverables using Feishu for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, compliance, and risk) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, proactively proposing mitigation plans and driving issue resolution.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
  • Support system enhancements and operational improvements across brokerage products.
  • Contribute to crypto-related initiatives and support internal AI projects as needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, requirements, and project progress.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in financial services.
  • Strong finance background; prior experience in a brokerage firm is a plus.
  • Experience working with overseas teams, particularly product and engineering.
  • Experience in crypto-related projects is highly preferred.
