Job description

As part of Global Spares Team, you will facilitate projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, support customer success and enable business growth. You will partner with stakeholders across Service, Planning, Customer Support, Logistics and involved functions to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and deliver measurable business value.

While functional teams retain ownership of processes, policies, and business decisions, this role owns project coordination, governance, execution discipline, risk management, stakeholder alignment and follow-through.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution
  • Lead Spares and business operations projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
  • Translate business requirements into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables and success metrics.
  • Establish project governance, manage risks and provide clear status visibility.
  • Drive execution, issue resolution and timely decision-making to achieve project objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Coordinate stakeholders across global and regional teams.
  • Facilitate alignment, accountability and action across functions.
  • Influence outcomes and maintain project momentum without direct authority.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, service performance and customer experience.
  • Support process standardization, governance, and sustainable business improvements.
  • Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and measure results.
Knowledge & Capability Building
  • Develop and maintain project management standards, documentation and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment, high-tech manufacturing, service operations, aftermarket/service parts, supply chain, planning, or logistics.

  • Familiarity with ERP, planning or service management systems.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
