Position Summary The Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives that support university strategic goals. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects while managing stakeholders, vendors, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Master's degree and PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Experience

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience delivering infrastructure, network, cloud, ERP, CRM, or data integration projects.
  • Strong background managing stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes, manage change, and mitigate project risks.

Skills

  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication, leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
