About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering complex technology infrastructure projects that keep organizations connected, secure, and operational? We're looking for an experienced and collaborative ICT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects across mission-critical, commercial, and enterprise construction environments.
In this role, you'll oversee projects involving structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, wireless systems, audiovisual, DAS, and other low-voltage technologies from preconstruction through closeout. You'll serve as the primary liaison between clients, engineering, field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Whether you're leading design coordination meetings, managing project financials, resolving field challenges, or building strong client relationships, your leadership will help deliver the technology infrastructure that powers today's connected facilities.
What You'll Do โ€“ Lead. Coordinate. Deliver.
  • Manage multiple ICT and low-voltage infrastructure projects simultaneously from project kickoff through final turnover.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and project execution plans.
  • Coordinate activities between engineering, BIM/VDC, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, commissioning teams, and clients.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project schedule, quality, and profitability.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, coordination meetings, progress reviews, and client status meetings.
  • Ensure project documentation remains accurate and current throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage client expectations while providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and schedule.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, general contractors, owners, and design teams throughout project delivery.
  • Oversee the implementation of structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, telecommunications systems, wireless infrastructure, audiovisual systems, DAS, and supporting ICT technologies.
  • Coordinate closely with BIM/VDC teams to validate constructability, routing, equipment layouts, pathways, and installation sequencing.
  • Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, product data, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure material procurement aligns with project schedules and installation milestones.
  • Support technical issue resolution throughout construction while maintaining alignment with project specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, labor utilization, subcontractor performance, procurement, and project profitability.
  • Monitor project costs and proactively identify financial risks or change opportunities.
  • Manage change orders, contract modifications, project billing, and financial reporting.
  • Track project milestones to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead project engineers, field supervisors, ICT technicians, subcontractors, and project support personnel.
  • Coordinate labor resources and installation sequencing across multiple disciplines.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across project teams.
  • Mentor project staff while supporting professional development and operational excellence.
  • Ensure projects comply with contract requirements, client specifications, applicable codes, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee quality assurance, testing, commissioning, turnover documentation, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and final acceptance activities.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout every phase of project delivery.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience managing ICT, structured cabling, telecommunications, or low-voltage infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of Division 27 systems including structured cabling, fiber optics, pathways, telecommunications infrastructure, and supporting technology systems.
  • Experience managing projects through preconstruction, design-assist, design-build, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, BIM models, and project schedules.
  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Working knowledge of project financial management including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost control.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in fast-paced construction environments.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical, healthcare, commercial, higher education, or data center projects is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • BICSI RCDD, RTPM, Technician, Project Management Professional (PMP), or related industry certifications are highly desirable.

Work Environment
