This position is based out of our Salina, KS office, but expands from Kansas to surrounding states.

Position Summary

The Regional Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing fiber to the home (FTTH) premise wiring and fiber optic mainline splicing projects throughout the Kansas region (Including surrounding States). This role ensures successful execution from initiation through completion, including coordination of field operations, subcontractors, project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage telecommunications projects from planning through close-out.
  • Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Track project milestones, schedules, and completion percentages.
  • Prepare and distribute project progress reports.
  • Review production invoices and verify documentation.
  • Manage submittals, requisitions, and change requests.
  • Provide technical and operational support to field teams.
  • Coordinate testing requirements and documentation.
  • Oversee inventory, tools, equipment, and fleet maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of telecommunications or network infrastructure experience preferred.
  • 5+ years fiber optic splicing experience is required.
  • Fiber optic testing experience required.
  • FTTH premise wiring experience preferred. Running CAT 5\CAT 6 and COAX.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Participation in FMCSA-compliant drug and alcohol testing program required.
