Job Description Project Manager Location: Exeter, RI Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects and business initiatives while ensuring priorities are effectively planned, executed, and aligned with organizational objectives. This position will provide visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and overall portfolio performance across multiple concurrent workstreams. The ideal Project Manager brings strong experience in project and portfolio management, project prioritization, resource and capacity planning, stakeholder management, and performance reporting.

This individual will work across business functions to establish project priorities, maintain accountability, manage risks, and ensure initiatives are delivered according to established timelines and objectives. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through implementation and closure while helping strengthen project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement practices across the organization.
