About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager, Brand Creative to support the end-to-end execution of brand and creative initiatives within Roku's Brand & Creative Studio. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with experience supporting integrated marketing and creative development in an in-house or agency environment. They are a proactive partner with strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, sound judgment, and a practical approach to problem solving.

Our industry changes quickly, so we expect this person to be comfortable responding to changing business needs, working through ambiguity, and helping teams stay aligned and moving forward.

The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $106,800 - $143,200. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

This position will be based in either Austin, TX or Santa Monica, CA and will be in office Monday - Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage day-to-day execution of brand creative projects from intake through final delivery, ensuring work is on brief, on time, and clearly communicated.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, and milestone plans for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Partner closely with brand, creative, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify scope, gather inputs, and align on priorities, deliverables, reviews, and approvals.
  • Coordinate the flow of work across creative disciplines including design, copy, video, and production, helping teams stay organized and unblocked throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project status updates, track progress against deadlines, identify risks early, and communicate adjustments or escalation needs as appropriate.
  • Manage project details in tools such as Asana, Airtable, Jira, or similar platforms, maintaining accuracy across tickets, dependencies, timelines, and documentation.
  • Support resourcing visibility by tracking scope, timing, and workload across assigned projects and partnering with team leads when priorities shift.
  • Contribute to a strong team culture through clear communication, reliability, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation tools to improve project visibility, streamline administrative tasks, and enhance team efficiency.
We're excited if you have
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or related roles, with meaningful experience in integrated marketing or creative development.
  • Experience managing creative projects in an in-house creative team, brand team, agency, or similarly fast-paced cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing speed, quality, deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Experience partnering with creative, brand, marketing, product, and other stakeholders across multiple teams, time zones, and workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management systems such as Asana, Airtable, Workfront, Jira, or similar, plus proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate status, timelines, risks, and next steps to both stakeholders and creatives.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Experience supporting brand campaigns, creative production, or content development work in streaming, entertainment, media, or subscription businesses is a plus.
  • Experience using or evaluating AI and automation tools within creative or marketing workflows is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred, but not required.
