This is a high-visibility role supporting transportation and infrastructure projects, with responsibility for managing teams, client relationships, and project delivery from start to finish. What You'll Do
  • Manage construction inspection assignments for roadway, bridge, and infrastructure projects
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee Resident Engineers, inspectors, and field staff
  • Serve as the primary client contact for NJDOT, county, and municipal projects
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall performance
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and safety standards
  • Review daily reports, change orders, and contractor progress
  • Support business development, including proposals and client engagement
What You'll Bring:
  • 8-15+ years of construction inspection or construction management experience
  • Prior experience managing NJDOT or similar transportation projects strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills
  • NICET certification, PE license, or EIT preferred
