The Role

The Project Manager is the bridge between sales and operations. You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion-ensuring jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

This role requires strong communication, planning, and leadership. You will work directly with customers, field teams, and vendors to drive project success while upholding the Rogall standard.



What You'll Do

Project Ownership

  • Lead planning, execution, and completion of projects across painting, carpentry, and exterior services
  • Manage project timelines, sequencing, and daily progress to ensure on-time delivery
  • Oversee project revenue, budgets, and profitability

Customer Experience

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Set expectations, provide updates, and ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Support the sales process by helping refine scopes and build trust with clients

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with field managers and crews to align on daily goals and execution
  • Manage material intake, staging, and job readiness
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered on schedule

Systems & Process

  • Utilize project management and estimating tools to track job performance
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in operations
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and handoff between teams



What We're Looking For

  • 1-2+ years of experience in project management within construction, home services, or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong logistical thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience using project management and estimating tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred, but not required
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license required
