Senior Project Manager - Learning & Development (Pharma Client)
Full-Time | Remote (West Coast Hours)
GP Strategies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact Learning & Development initiatives for a major pharmaceutical client. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who excels in dynamic environments and can drive complex programs end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate multiple L&D workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise PMO standards.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with clarity and precision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, reduce friction, and enhance program effectiveness.
• Provide structured frameworks, actionable updates, and strategic insights to leadership.
• Support HR and L&D initiatives as products with a focus on user experience and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
• 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably supporting HR, L&D, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-visibility environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Strength in process improvement, vendor management, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
Preferred Background:
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated environments.
• HR operations, performance management, or L&D delivery experience.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
