Job description

Green Meadows Partners is now accepting applications for future Project Manager opportunities with one of our valued clients. While we are not actively filling this position today, this client hires on a regular basis, and we're looking to connect with qualified professionals in advance of upcoming needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Develop project estimates and budgets while coordinating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Issue, monitor, and process purchase orders.
  • Track project schedules, progress, and forecasts to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Estimating, Engineering, Production, and Logistics to ensure successful project execution.
  • Learn and implement customer brand standards throughout each project.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project updates to internal teams and customers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, construction, signage, or service-related environment.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience working with project schedules, budgets, purchase orders, and vendor coordination is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.
