Key Responsibilities:

  • Construction Documents: Prepare and manage technical documents.
  • Consultant Coordination: Work with various consultants and designers.
  • Design and Programming: Involved in all phases from design to administration.
  • Construction Administration: Oversee construction processes and documentation.
  • Manage Staff: Manage other staff members as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 years minimim in an architectural office.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
  • Multi-family project experience and familiarity with Lumion and Enscape are beneficial.
