What You'll Be Doing

As the HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership while supporting all aspects of Human Resources.

  • Partner with managers to support business goals through strategic HR initiatives
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
  • Maintain HR records, reporting, and employee documentation
  • Support payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, and other HR functions as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and organizational initiatives


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience
  • Manufacturing HR experience strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
  • Professional, approachable, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
