Job Summary:
AA2IT is seeking an IT Project Manager III to manage and orchestrate large-scale critical transformation programs/projects involving multiple business units. The role includes core project management activities, ensuring projects align with company strategy, and driving collaboration across teams for successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
• This role will also be accountable for core project management activities including planning, communications, managing of plan, risk/issue management, and more.
• Ensure that projects are planned and executed in a manner consistent with company strategy, commitments, goals, and standards and aligned to critical transformation initiatives.
• Govern consistent delivery of the cross programs with a Scrum/Agile approach
• Assist with the identification and management of cross-BU interdependencies
• Partner with other project management leaders to ensure alignment on critical initiatives and decision making.
• Drive and facilitate the right discussions with business leaders to identify business capabilities in relation to current and future business objectives
• Partner and deliver project milestones with selected systems integration vendor.
• Ensure timely delivery critical data needs to realize business value to users and our clients sooner than later
• Improve business approach and analysis to support nimble decision making
• Deliver clarity on value delivery timing
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have 7+ years project/program management experience driving large-scale transformation projects (1-3-year initiatives).
• Experience in managing budgets of (USD)3M+
• Experience with MDM and/or data warehouse initiatives a strong consideration
• Experience with Salesforce solutions a plus
• Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills tailored to meet the needs of the different end users, team members, sr. management and executive leadership in cross-cultural business environment
• Must be well organized, methodical and pay close attention to detail
• Possess excellent written/oral communication skills
• Able to work well in a highly collaborative cross discipline team
• Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed
• Proven ability to collaborate in a global / matrix environment
• Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
• Solution minded, detail-oriented and is firm yet flexible
• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, technology, or related field.
• PMP certified
• English Read Write Speak

• Advanced degree desirable.
