Job Description

AECOM is seeking a candidate for the position of Project Manager III in Ausin, TX. 

  • Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
  • Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
  • Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
  • Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
  • Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
  • Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
  • Manages other Project Managers.
  • Works closely with the Owner through the pre-construction phase.
  • Works with the Owner to prepare the RFQ documents.
  • Participates in confidential meetings and conceptual proposal reviews.
  • Participates in the proposal review process and interviews.
  • Assists with the review and scoring of potential Progressive DB teams.
  • Assists in the selection of the most qualified Progressive Design Build Entity.
  • o Works with the Owner and DBE to develop the program and design criteria while staying within budget and schedule.
  • Verifies the budget and schedule for the design-build phase of the project
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS plus + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior bond management experience.
