This opportunity is available due to a current vacancy. We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000-$75,000, along with monthly incentive opportunities, an assigned company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager, you are the go-to leader who keeps restoration projects moving, teams motivated, and clients confident that they are in great hands. You step in early to shape accurate scopes and estimates that set every job up for success. From there, you keep projects driving forward by coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. You are the trusted point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, and insurers, providing clear communication and quick solutions whenever challenges arise. You lift others up by mentoring project managers and supervisors, sharing your expertise, and setting the bar for operational excellence. Each day, your leadership, energy, and commitment to doing things right deliver results you can be proud of while building lasting trust with clients and your team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in restoration or construction
  • Strong understanding of restoration practices, construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accountability for quality, schedule, and margin
  • Skilled communicator with advanced problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other project managers or supervisors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mobile applications
  • Xactimate Level 1 & 2 (Level 3 certification an asset)
  • IICRC certifications in WRT, FSRT, and OCT required; AMRT and ASD considered asset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
  • Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
