Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, and track schedules, deliverables, action items, and dependencies.
  2. Monitor risks, issues, and project blockers, coordinate mitigation activities, and escalate matters requiring attention.
  3. Prepare project status updates, reports, meeting materials, and documentation for project stakeholders and leadership.
  4. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to obtain updates, maintain accountability, support decision-making, and ensure activities remain on track.
     

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3–5 years of experience supporting PMO or project management activities for large-scale technology or software development projects.

Technical Skills

JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Project Status Reporting, Project Tracking, PMO Tools & Documentation

Business / Domain Skills

Project Governance, Risk & Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Coordination, Dependency Management, Status Reporting

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
