The Heavy Civil Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including determining project cost, schedule, and performance, while ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and objectives. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from bid to closeout, with a focus on delivering quality work, maintaining safety and meeting project deadlines. 

General Duties:
  • Lead and manage all project activities from start to completion
  • Generate, review and approve all estimates, purchase orders etc
  • Create, review and maintain project schedules
  • Monitor project progress and ensure all work is performed in compliance with project specifications
  • Ensure all tasks and milestones are completed on schedule
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen to ensure project organization
  • Proactively identify potential problems that could affect project success
  • Address and effectively manage challenges on job site
Qualifications: 
  • Associate's degree in Construction Management or related engineering field preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in construction / project management
  • Proficient in project management accounting software

Starting Pay: $130,000 per year
