Salary:

Core, Essential Responsibilities



  • Maintain a register of all project documents by regular updates of related logs to track all documents.
  • Analysis and Review of technical information.
  • Review, Audit and Quality Check of 3D models.
  • Review, Audit and Quality Check of construction best practices and compliance on the models.
  • Early design review and constructability analysis.
  • Stakeholder management at project level.
  • Initiation, development and maintenance of federated models for coordination purpose, including but not limited to reporting of BIM and engineering issues, value engineering sand special applications as per the nature of the project.
  • Preparation of Quality reports on models.
  • Compliance to project EIRs and Quality control on models.
  • 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification.
  • Maintenance of BEPs.
  • Preparation or support to prepare technical reports at project level, relevant to his field of play (discipline/trade).
  • Manage program and project document management system and retrieve project documentation communicated between related teams.
  • Attend meetings, as required, take minutes, distribute minutes of meeting, follow-up on actions.
  • Coordinate project team monthly and bi-weekly progress meetings; draft, release agendas and minutes.
  • Manage information and inputs from both internal and external team.
    • Initiation, development, and maintenance of 4D and 5D models as per project requirements and in coordination with Client operational teams (When required).

    Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks , Autodesk Civil 3D , Autodesk Dynamo, Tekla (Where applicable), Synchro (Where applicable)
