Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Program Manager in day-to-day execution of TACCOM O&M tasking, tracking budgets, risks, milestones, and action items, and coordinating engineering, logistics, and field deployment activities.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Track budgets, risks, milestones, and action items; coordinate engineering, logistics, and field deployments
  • Assist with technical and administrative functions, including contracts management, reporting requirements, dashboard operations, and leadership liaison
  • Develop project documentation and performance metrics; support Agile and DHS Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) processes
  • Facilitate progress meetings with the CO, COR, and ITPM
  • Coordinate quality assurance and risk mitigation activities
Requirements:
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, maintained in good standing
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience successfully deploying P25 digital, encrypted, interoperable tactical communications systems in support of federal law enforcement
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination
  • U.S. citizenship required
