Blue Iguana Car Wash is locally owned and operated with six locations in Springfield, Missouri. We're in the "feel good" business-helping customers feel great with a clean, dry, shiny vehicle every visit.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role prepares you to run a successful car wash location from the ground up, combining hands-on operations, sales leadership, and team development.


WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & DO

Run daily site operations

Sell and coach Wash Club memberships

Interview, hire, and lead teams

Schedule crews and manage labor

Learn equipment basics and troubleshooting

Deliver exceptional customer experiences


REQUIREMENTS

21+ years old

1+ year management experience (sales preferred)

Able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors

MUST have open availability including weekends (both Saturday/Sunday)

Requirements:

Minimum Age 21+ years old

Minimum Management Experience - 1 year required

Must Be Able to Lift 40lbs

Open Availability: no restrictions on your time; available to work any hours of operation
