Job description

At Jack Morton, we create unforgettable brand experiences that move people and businesses forward. We're looking for a Manager, Project Management to lead a high-performing team in Addison while driving the successful delivery of complex, fast-paced experiential and event projects. This role blends hands-on project execution with team leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and guide the Project Management team to ensure all projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with global standards.
  • Act as both a leader and hands-on project manager, owning key programs from kickoff through execution and closeout.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure work orders are accurate, timelines are met, and project details are fully aligned.
  • Review and validate key project components including budgets, packing lists, show service orders, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure final event costings are completed within 12 days post-event and invoices are accurate and timely.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Champion and uphold project management processes, continuously identifying opportunities to improve systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to refine best practices and elevate project delivery standards.
  • Participate in regular production and cross-functional meetings to align teams and drive efficiency.
  • Support estimating efforts and contribute to overall project financial health.

Build & Develop the Team

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance management.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure team readiness and long-term growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate team meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and strengthen cross-department communication.

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if you have:

  • 5-10 years of project management experience in experiential marketing, events, exhibits, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, logistics, and event execution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reconciliation.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jack Morton is an equal opportunity employer; we strongly value diversity at our companies. We do not discriminate on race, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law.ย
