Job description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team, partner with the Director of Pricing to oversee product costing, pricing models, and communication of price calendars and cost files
  • Implement customer pricing strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis, and perform profitability, revenue simulation models, and economic assessments
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies and policies, and maintain accurate, up-to-date pricing expectations with the team
  • Coordinate and manage multiple pricing projects, oversee the reconciliation process of monthly pricing accruals, and support suppliers, key customers, and supply chain partners with pricing communication
  • Foster strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and lead training and development for the Pricing Team
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant
