We are looking for a standout Digital Signage Implementation & Field Operations Supervisor / Manager with 5+ years of experience in digital signage, AV implementation, field operations, project management, or a related technical environment, including demonstrated experience leading field installation teams and managing complex implementations from planning through customer acceptance. Experience with digital signage deployments, AV/IT technology, process improvement, SOP development, and large-scale event or hospitality technology environments is preferred.

Primary business operations are based in Orlando, Florida, and eligible candidates must be currently residing in the metro Orlando area.

Here are a few activities you can expect to work on once you’ve gained competency in Xpodigital’s suite of products and technology:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital signage projects, from requirements definition and implementation planning through installation, deployment, and customer acceptance.
• Directly manage our Field Operations Technicians, including scheduling, project assignments, coaching, training, performance management, and professional development.
• Coordinate technician schedules and installation resources across multiple concurrent projects while balancing customer deadlines, business priorities, and available resources.
• Oversee field installations and deployments to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and according to Xpodigital's quality standards.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for field operations issues, complex installations, and implementation challenges.
• Partner with the Digital Signage Operations Manager on workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, technician development, and staffing initiatives.
• Review installation documentation, project completion reports, and field performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, technician certifications, training requirements, and operational standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for digital signage implementation, providing technical and operational guidance to internal teams.
• Support complex customer proposals and RFPs by developing implementation plans, identifying resource requirements, evaluating operational risks, and coordinating cross-functional responses.
• Partner with department leaders to document, standardize, and continuously improve business processes, SOPs, and operational workflows across the organization.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge-management resources that improve consistency, scalability, and knowledge transfer.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and key-person dependencies and develop practical solutions to improve operational performance.
• Support employee onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives through effective process development and documentation management.
• As the role develops, gain additional exposure to contract workflows, commercial terms, and contract lifecycle processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives involving Legal, Sales, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership.

You also need to have strong leadership, communication, organization, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable communicating with technicians, customers, department leaders, and executives and have the ability to translate complex technical or operational information into clear expectations and actionable next steps.

The ideal candidate is someone who can move comfortably between leading people in the field and improving the systems behind the operation. You should be equally comfortable resolving an urgent deployment issue, coaching a technician, reviewing project documentation, building a new SOP, or collaborating with Sales and Operations on how Xpodigital will successfully execute a complex customer project.
