SUMMARY

The Intern, Business Analyst, Shareholder Services Technology is responsible for assisting in the development and ongoing management of key contact center technology platforms and initiatives. Additionally, this role requires strategic interaction with internal stakeholders, fund clients, vendors, team members, and management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CONTACT CENTER SUPPORT

  • Supports the technology operations of the Shareholder Services group.
  • Monitors, maintains, and updates contact center call-recording platforms.
  • Monitors, analyzes, and distributes contact center metrics.
  • Participates in the extraction, assembly, analysis, and distribution of department metrics.
  • Ensures adherence to transfer agent compliance manual, SEC, FINRA, and IRS regulations.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Supports initiatives to promote the business unit and maintain a forward-looking presence.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Collaborates in meetings with various audiences.
  • Daily contact with Transfer Agent executives and operating departments.

May perform other duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Working towards a bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
  • Experience in client services and technology support preferred but not required.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adobe Acrobat.
