Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Office Intern to join our exceptional team for a 90-day internship. This is a highly dynamic, hands-on position where responsibilities will vary from day to day based on the needs of the business. The role may include administrative support, office organization, deliveries and errands, event preparation, special projects, and assisting with office moves and workspace setup.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with a variety of teams, and taking on new tasks and projects each day.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative, office operations, and general office duties as needed.
  • Support ongoing office projects, including office moves, workspace setup, on-site deliveries, drop-offs, and internal errands.
  • Assist with packing, unpacking, organizing, moving, and setting up office supplies, equipment, furniture, and other materials.
  • Organize and maintain office spaces to support an efficient, clean, and welcoming work environment.
  • Learn to navigate and utilize our internal ticketing system to submit, track, and complete office-related requests.
  • Restock office supplies, snacks, groceries, and other shared materials as needed.
  • Handle interoffice mail and deliveries between our Middletown, Providence, and/or Stamford locations.
  • Help coordinate, prepare, and set up for internal company events, meetings, and team gatherings.
  • Manage company vehicle scheduling and transport vehicles for routine maintenance, service, inspections, or other business needs.
  • Pick up breakfast, lunch, catering, or other orders for the team when needed.
  • Provide hands-on support to departments and team members with special projects, office needs, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist with maintaining and preparing office spaces, including moving items, rearranging workspaces, and helping with setup or breakdown as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements
  • Availability to work a minimum of 16-30 hours per week.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Essential Functions include the ability to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, as well as perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and moving office equipment, boxes, supplies, and other materials. Some physical activity may be involved during office moves, deliveries, workspace setup, and other projects as needed.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing required.
  • Reliable, positive, and willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without a visa or sponsorship
