Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.
Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.
Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.
Role & Responsibility
  • Learn and utilize project management principles consistent with industry best practices while staying consistent with Bobcat processes
  • Execute a variety of project work inlcuding scope definition, resource management, schedule development, and risk management in a way that stays consistent with our processes and executes project work at a high level
  • Responisble for day-to-day tasks including data entry, setting up and facilitating meetings, taking notes during meetings, tracking and following-up on action items, and taking general direction from Project Managers for anything required to make the project successful

Job Requirement
  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance or equivalent
  • Applicants must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite of applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
  • A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
  • Applicants must be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or intenship (4 months)
  • Ability to follow written instructions
