Our team oversees the full-cycle management of distributor incentive and governance policies. We optimize business strategies through data analysis, collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver projects, and establish standardized data governance systems to balance business growth and compliance risk control. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Job Responsibilities - Gain in-depth understanding of distributor business models and business development demands. Participate in the design, review, rollout and iteration of distributor incentive policies and governance policies. Assist in driving the execution of business strategies while aligning with compliance requirements to fuel business growth. - Take part in full lifecycle management of policies, covering policy formulation, business alignment, communication & training, launch promotion, execution tracking and performance review. Continuously optimize governance frameworks to improve policy implementation efficiency and execution quality. - Conduct multi-dimensional analysis based on business data. Support pre-launch data calculation, impact assessment and scenario simulation for policies. Post-launch, continuously monitor core metrics, deliver policy effectiveness analysis reports and business reviews to provide data insights for strategy iteration and business decision-making. - Coordinate cross-functional resources including Product, Tech, Legal, Operations and global regional teams to facilitate cross-team project delivery, track project progress, and ensure on-time delivery of policy and governance initiatives. - Support data governance and permission management work. Iterate data access mechanisms, approval workflows and information circulation efficiency to standardize business management processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or other quantitative field such as Economics, and other analytical disciplines. - Demonstrated ability to conduct structured analysis and break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, manageable components. - Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels. - Familiarity with data analysis and basic modeling in Excel or Google Sheets. - Proactive, "get-it-done" attitude, combined with high intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving business problems. - Strong interest in the technology industry, digital media, and the competitive landscape of social platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or finance. - Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling). - Basic understanding of or familiarity with SQL and/or data visualization tools (like Tableau, Looker) is a plus, but not required. - Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or other projects. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $30.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
