Headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand, we have an impressive global network operating out of 14 locations including the US, UK, Australia, Singapore and Canada.

The Role:

We are seeking applications from recent Graduates and students studying Supply Chain Management or Logistics to work full-time as a Logistics Coordinator at our regional office in Phoenix. The emphasis for this role is on Customer Support, Inventory Management, and Detail Orientation. This will be an on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ 85006.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for inventory, administrative, and logistics issues
  • Working closely with sales team members to coordinate shipping details for customers and tradeshows
  • Demonstrating efficient work practices to ensure objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Establishing high-quality relationships by effectively communicating with suppliers, partners and customers
  • Detailed data entry in the ERP system
  • Packing and dispatching shipping requests
  • Managing inventory numbers and tracking for large ongoing orders with various partners
  • Understanding core concepts of technology hardware logistics
  • Dispatching domestically and internationally
