What you'll do
  • Assist the Project Manager in the development of project management documents such as deliverables, project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
  • Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
  • Oversee the project procurement process, including stakeholder identification
  • Meeting with stakeholders to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance

  • Acts as backup to other project personnel (either within the same project or assisting with other projects) as directed
  • Coordinate successful delivery and invoicing of assigned projects
  • Assign tasks to team members as directed and help them understand what's expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
  • Be the liaison between the project team and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Help Manager monitor project progress and team members' completion of assigned tasks and provide updates to project stakeholders
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when required
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document meeting notes and action items
  • Oversee and coordinate completion of action items by all team members
  • Collect data and ensure project documentation is up to date
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
  • Review and QC tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Create process documents and training to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
  • Responsible for all communication with stakeholders and project sponsors in regards to project updates and open action items in relation to assigned projects.
  • Provide comprehensive daily/weekly reports for management and stakeholders

What you'll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 3 years of related work experience required
  • Strong project management skills including organizing, and coordinating tasks required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
  • Familiarity with Project Management software (Smartsheets) required
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft office required
  • Previous project supervisory experience a plus
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies a plus

Valid Driver's license required
