Job description

The Project Foreman is a key position on our active construction projects. The Project Foreman will coordinate operations and oversee workers on the construction sites. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, this person will be a key person for the completion of a project.
This is a perfect role for an individual who wants to secure a career in construction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
  • Confirms schedules and monitor and attendance of crew.
  • Confirm tradespeople are accounted for and documented in ProCore.
  • Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
  • Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
  • Accountability of opening and closing the site daily.
  • Resolve problems when they arise.
  • Report on progress to managers, engineers etc. both in Word and ProCore.
  • Managing material deliveries.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Project take-off's / in-depth knowledge of construction materials.
  • Must be a team player and able to get along with others.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and clients
  • Must be able to wear safety gear at all times while on the job site.
  • Knowledge of remodel, reconstitution, restoration projects (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft.
  • Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety
  • Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements is a plus.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, ).
  • Professional customer service
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient
  • Time management and time critical prioritization
