We're looking for an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead masonry crews on commercial and residential construction projects. In this role, you'll oversee daily field operations, coordinate crew activities, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and lead masonry crews on active construction projects.
  • Lay out CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) walls, columns, and other masonry structures according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate daily work activities to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Ensure all masonry work is completed accurately and in compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Conduct accurate layout measurements and verify project dimensions before installation.
  • Utilize tablets for daily reporting, documentation, and email communication.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain workflow.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Train, mentor, and develop crew members to improve performance and craftsmanship.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Has 3–5 years of experience in masonry construction with leadership or foreman experience.
  • Leads by example and motivates crews to produce high-quality work.
  • Takes initiative and is dependable in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Is motivated, ambitious, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally.
  • Communicates effectively with crews, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Maintains a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of construction and masonry experience.
  • Ability to accurately lay out CMU walls, columns, and other masonry components.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Experience supervising construction crews.
  • Strong knowledge of masonry construction methods and materials.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites.


Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will stand out:

  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Scaffolding Certification.
  • Forklift Certification.
  • Proven experience performing accurate layout work.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience erecting 5x7 frames.
  • Experience supervising crews while maintaining safe work practices.
  • Experience maintaining high-quality workmanship across multiple projects.
  • Experience managing one to three projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using tablets for daily reporting and email communication.
