Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Support cash management and banking portal administration.
  • Use Excel to organize, maintain, and review financial data.
  • Work with Accounting to gather information and assist with month-end processes.
  • Help maintain and update treasury procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Senior college students preferred, preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics+

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen.
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
  • Job will require presence on-site at the assigned work location.
  • Job requires attendance and dependability.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company in an ongoing capacity without company sponsorship.
  • Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Good communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have completed college level courses in Excel and be comfortable using it
  • Must be self-driven, eager to learn, and have good initiative, taking charge of their daily tasks & responsibilities
