Responsibilities:
  • Support treasury, insurance, and related administrative activities.
  • Maintain project trackers, action item logs, schedules, and documentation.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and follow-up tracking.
  • Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis activities.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather information and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, simple formulas, and spreadsheet organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
