Description
Stockbridge General Contracting Inc. is looking for a Project Engineer to assist with our solar projects, specifically estimating. Ideal candidates will possess an interest and /or experience in horizontal construction.
General responsibilities will be to assist the Development Manager with the following:
  1. Quantity take-offs
    2. Estimating an CO Pricing
    3. Solicitation of pricing
    4. Create RFIs. or assist with Coordination of subcontractors and designers
    5. Create/ review Submittals or assist with
    6. Assist in budget creation and monitoring
    7. Site walks
    8. Punchlist
    9. Meeting minutes
    10. Compile and review closeout materials and documentation
    11. Property management of both commercial & residential properties
    12. Other duties as assigned

Project Engineer Intern - At least 3 Years of Construction Management Coursework. Knowledge
