The Project Engineer II plays a vital role in that work, supporting Mission Critical projects and often requiring full-time presence on a job site.
This role is ideal for someone ready to take greater ownership, anticipate project needs, and actively contribute to successful outcomes.
Position Purpose
The Project Engineer II provides essential administrative and technical support to the project The Project Engineer II provides advanced technical and administrative support to project teams, managing key documentation, coordinating project controls, and supporting schedule, cost, and quality objectives with increasing independence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive document control systems
  • Manage drawing revisions and specification updates
  • Develop and maintain submittal and RFI logs
  • Track procurement status and material forecasting
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and progress
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, and follow up
  • Support change management with detailed documentation
  • Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
  • Assist with schedule updates and variance analysis
  • Identify risks and escalate issues proactively
  • Apply lessons learned to improve project execution
