Entry-Level - CMT Engineering Technician Trainee

Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + overtime
Expected Hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Perform field testing and inspections of soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, mortar, asphalt, and reinforcing steel on active job sites.
• Learn how to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Travel daily in a company-provided truck (once promoted to Engineering Technician 1) to various project sites.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physical tasks (lifting 50–100 lbs, standing, squatting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods).
• Accurately document test results and communicate findings to project managers and site personnel.
• Engage as part of a team, solving challenges and supporting construction projects.

2. Engineering Technician 1 ($22.00 - $25.00 per hour) – Promotion includes a company truck
3. Engineering Technician 2 ($25.00 - $27.00 per hour)
4. Engineering Technician 3 ($27.00 - $29.00 per hour)
5. Special Inspector ($28.00 - $35.00 per hour)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Physically able to stand, squat, and lift 50–100 lbs over a long workday.
