  • Onsite coordination with all stakeholders incl. suppliers/vendor, agencies/
    contractor etc.
    2. Site coordination for inputs and providing mark-up on layouts/drawings
    3. Support in preparation of project schedule and aligning with Client
    4. Support in preparation of project status report and participation in daily/regular
    site meeting and design review meetings.
    5. Preparation of Tender document/SOW document
    6. Floating of enquiries, vendor offer review and preparation of TBA and supporting
    client in finalisation of vendors
    7. Follow-up vendors for delivery, conducting FAT/SAT
    8. Project execution including coordination with Site team, vendors and contractors
    for installation and commissioning
    9. Troubleshooting during installation & Commissioning.
