University Housing is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Facilities Planning team. This is a multi-level search, with the opportunity to be hired at either the Construction Project Manager I or II level based on your qualifications and experience.

Whether you are an experienced Architect, Engineer, Job Captain, or Construction Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career, this role offers the opportunity to manage construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects across a large and diverse university housing portfolio.

Youโ€™ll manage projects from design through completion, partnering with architects, engineers, contractors, and campus stakeholders on architectural and MEP projects.

Two Experience LevelsConstruction Project Manager I

3+ years of commercial construction management experience Salary: $92,000โ€“$101,000

Construction Project Manager II

5+ years of commercial construction management experience Salary: $100,000โ€“$110,000

Both levels require a bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a closely related field and demonstrated experience managing construction projects from design through completion.

This is a full-time, on-campus position at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
