How you'll help the formula:
  • Provide technical consulting to customers and Sales for wire harness applications and tape selection.
  • Plan and execute application testing (e.g., adhesion, temperature/humidity aging, abrasion/noise performance, compatibility with cable jackets, process simulation, benchmarking).
  • Support customer trials and line implementations: define success criteria, run trials, document results, and deliver clear recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot quality/process issues at customer sites using structured root-cause analysis.
  • Drive co-development projects with key customers and internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Operations, Quality).
  • Deliver trainings (internal/external) and contribute to best-practice standards and documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Key elements for your role:

  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel ~40% within the USA.
  • Must have a valid license and passport to travel to Mexico approx. 5 times/year.
