Job description

DO NOT APPLY if you do not have direct experience in the impact windows and doors industry. This is a senior-level position requiring extensive knowledge of ES Windows product lines, quoting systems, project management, installation coordination, and customer service.

Crystal Box Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of commercial and residential impact window and door projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing projects from initial plans and estimating through ordering, installation, invoicing, collections, service, and closeout.

This position will lead the estimating team, assign and review quotations, follow up with customers, coordinate field operations, schedule installations and service work, and work closely with accounting to ensure proper billing and collections. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of coordination between sales, estimating, operations, field personnel, manufacturers, customers, and accounting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct impact windows and doors experience.
  • Expert knowledge of ES Windows systems and product lines.
  • Ability to read architectural plans, shop drawings, NOAs, and specifications.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Strong understanding of estimating, purchasing, logistics, installation, invoicing, and project financials.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Native-level English communication skills required. Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
