Responsibilities

  • Provide general office management and administrative support services.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, coordinate meetings, and manage schedules and appointments.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain filing systems and project documentation.
  • Support visitors, staff, and leadership with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Assist Program and Project Managers with a variety of administrative and project coordination tasks.
  • Support organization and maintenance of project management documentation and records.
  • Assist with HR-related processes, policies, procedures, and employee support activities.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and assist with problem resolution.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products to support reporting, scheduling, tracking, and documentation activities.
Qualifications
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Experience providing office management and administrative support services.
  • Experience supporting HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience organizing project management documentation and administrative records.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education Requirements:

Associates degree or equivalent experience.
