Partner with business development, capture, technical, and program teams to shape solution strategies, value propositions, capability briefings, and proposal content.
Translate health informatics, IT, data, and analytics concepts into clear, client-ready solutions for federal and state health audiences.
Contribute to portfolio strategy and growth planning across areas such as chronic disease, infectious disease, behavioral health, surveillance, analytics, and health data systems.
Support proposal and capture activities, including opportunity qualification, solution development, technical writing, and development of compliant, organized growth materials.
