Intern – Human Resources

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Human Resources team. The part-time program will begin August 2026 / September 2026 and continue through end of December 2026 (24-32 hours/week). This position is on-site in Baldwin, NY.

As a global company, elliquence educates physicians on the least invasive procedural solutions for spine pathology and provides our unique and specialized tools to support these procedures. Job Duties:

  • Document and File Retention: support in preparation of documentation, organizing and maintaining files (paper and electronic)
  • Assist in HR specific projects regarding Standard Operating Procedures and company-wide initiatives.
  • Conduct research and provide support as it relates to best practice and benchmark related projects.
  • Assist in the development of reports and provide recommendations for improving efficiency.
  • Assist in developing presentations on metrics, reports and analysis
  • Maintain a high level of precision and confidentiality in all data and communication.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled students and working towards a bachelor’s or master’s program in one of these fields: Human Resources, Business Management, Organization Psychology, Total Rewards, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data processing, ability to interpret data and generate insight.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills,
  • Able to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong commitment to accuracy and precision in work output.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Logical thinker with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively.
  • Highly motivated, confident, self-directing and willing to learn new skills quickly.
  • Project management experience or related training is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint - primary programs). Adobe acrobat is a plus.
  • Salary range - $17.00/hour
