Job description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for consideration to fill an open Project Coordinator position in our Program Management Services Division. This position will be located at our Client's Orange, CT office.

The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services. The Project Coordinator tracks the open action items associated with the LNG and LPG facilities. This role monitors tasks to ensure progress is being made by all task owners. This position will also conduct meetings to review status, discuss issues/concerns with progress made, conduct follow up with respective owners on their action items, and document completion of said items. This role will work both independently and as part of a project team.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tracking file with open tasks and associated status.
  • Run meetings to review task status, document issues, define action items, and issue meeting minutes
  • Communicate with Stakeholders on status of assigned action items.
  • Issue status reports to Managers, as requested.
  • Assist with general administration.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A technical background and plant (LNG, etc.) experience preferred.
  • Understanding of the technical project delivery process is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-starter
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
