The average salary of a Project Developer can vary depending on factors such as industry, location, level of experience, and company size. In the United States, Project Developers typically earn between $70,000 and $120,000 per year, with those in renewable energy or real estate sectors often earning on the higher end of the range. Senior Project Developers or those working in major metropolitan areas may command even higher salaries. Additional benefits such as bonuses and profit sharing can also be common in this role.

Are you ready to make an Impact - with your career, with our company, in your world? If so, please apply today!
Project Engineer
Are you organized, decisive, adaptable, and good at finding solutions when a problem arises? If working from electrical schematics and mechanical drawings is your thing, and you also enjoy working directly with the customer, you might be the Project Engineer we are looking for.
At Impact, the Project Engineer works hard, leads others, gets results, and reports directly to the general manager. Therefore, the ability to accept responsibility and accountability for your actions, as well as promoting a positive image of the company and striving to solve issues raised by customers, are important character traits.

โ€ข Participate on bid and proposal activities. Ensure that the requirements of the request for proposal are met in the preparation and documentation of bids and proposals.
โ€ข Review technical contract requirements (i.e. statement of work) and break-down a project into detailed smaller tasks.
โ€ข Manage and direct the daily execution of multiple projects within contract requirements to ensure that cost, schedules, and performance goals are met.
โ€ข Lead all communication with customer (verbal / written). Must be willing to take calls after hours and on weekends as required.
โ€ข Lead all meetings related to client's projects, both internal and external, from kick-off through project close.
โ€ข Review multiple quotes for technical components and initiate purchase requisitions based on bills-of-material, drawings, or configuration.
โ€ข Manage the engineering drawings, documentation packages, material flow, production schedule, and installation schedule to ensure all deliverables will be ready on time and the install team will be on-site to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.
โ€ข Lead the resolution of installation challenges (technical and operational).
โ€ข Assess, monitor, and mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle. Effectively communicate and report material status and any installation issues.
โ€ข Estimate and communicate to customer any scope changes outside the original contract.
โ€ข Obtain management approval prior to executing scope changes without a contract modification.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
โ€ข B.S. or B.A. in Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of Project Engineering experience or related technical experience.
โ€ข Previous experience with commonly used project management and supervision concepts, practices, and procedures.
โ€ข Proficient at working from electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
โ€ข Proficient with MS Project, MS Office Suite and AutoCAD.
โ€ข Effective communication (verbal and written).
โ€ข Ability to build strong relationships with engineering groups, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
โ€ข Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
โ€ข Must be a self-managed individual who is a team player.
โ€ข Able to travel extensively (30%), work weekends, holidays and overtime when required.
